Show the task clearly.
Give your team a way to revisit it.
We take one task you already know how to do and turn it into a short video your team can watch, practise against, and come back to.
Tell us the task your team needs to learn See how it's doneSound familiar?
- You explain the same job to every new hire.
- The binder is out of date and nobody reads it.
- When you're not there, people guess.
How it works
- One task per video. Not "onboarding." Not the manual. We pick the job that costs you the most time to explain.
- We validate it first. We check the written procedure with the person who owns it, then storyboard the visible steps and the exceptions. Your SOP is the starting point, not the finished script.
- We show it being done. A clear demonstration on the real equipment or screen — not a talking head reading bullets.
- We build in a check. A short knowledge check to catch a misunderstanding, plus a note on how a supervisor records observed practice against the process owner's criteria.
What you get
Proposed for a pilot: a source procedure we've reviewed, a storyboard, the video, reviewed captions, a descriptive transcript, a simple job aid, and a short knowledge check.
Licensed usage, where the editable source lives, and who owns updates are set in the quote — not promised blind on a web page.
A worked example
Processing a return at the register
Fictional store rules, stated up front: returns within 30 days go back to the original payment method; no cash refunds on card purchases; a return with no receipt goes to a manager, who may offer store credit at their discretion.
The one line: "This shows you how to process a return at the register." The video shows the screen and hands — finding the sale, confirming the amount, refunding to the original payment method, printing the slip — and slows down twice on the step people miss.
Then a quiz catches the misunderstanding ("no receipt — what first?"), and a supervisor watches the person do it before sign-off.
This slot stays a description until a real, playable demo exists. A written draft is not a demo, and we don't present one as evidence of training effectiveness.
What we need from you
- The SOP you already have, or a short walkthrough of the task — we validate it with the process owner.
- Access to where the task is actually done — scoped per task, not a fixed promise.
- One person who does the task well, to demonstrate.
Common questions
- Can you turn our existing SOP into a video?
- It's our starting material. We validate it with the person who owns the process, then storyboard it into the video.
- How long is a training video?
- As long as the one task takes to show clearly. One task, not the whole manual.
- Do we have to be on camera?
- No — we can shoot hands and screens only.
- Does watching the video mean someone can do the job?
- It's where practice starts. A quiz can catch a misunderstanding. Observed practice gives a supervisor evidence to assess against the process owner's criteria — the process owner sets how much practice and sign-off are required.
- Is this a compliance or certification course?
- No. We teach the task on video. Whether it also needs certification or meets a specific regulation is for you and your advisor to decide; we don't present our videos as meeting a legal requirement.
